The chef of the restaurant complements the overall concept with a combination of different traditions, times and cultures from Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, the Philippines and other countries. Therefore, the menu here, it is not enough to say, is diverse. It is creative and enchanting, just like the atmosphere of the establishment itself. Dishes in «MULAN» are served in the author's version - sprinkled with edible silver and gold, with branded sauces, on the underwater crater of a volcano, in bamboo steam baskets floating on a cloud.

The atmosphere is truly amazing and amazing. Breakfast, romantic dinner, business lunch or a business meeting at the MULAN restaurant is not just delicious food and socializing in a pleasant circle. Any visit to Mulan turns into a bright event and adds charm to life.

«MULAN» is a pan-Asian fusion restaurant in Kiev on Vozdvizhenka. Despite the fact that the restaurant was opened recently, in 2017, it has already taken a place in the hearts of fans of Oriental cuisine. The strava in the Mulan restaurant is prepared from imported ingredients, as this is the basis of Pan-Asian cuisine. Substitution of any of the ingredients is fraught with a sharp change in the taste of the dish, therefore, in Mulan, in this respect, compromises are not considered.

Cozy atmosphere, dishes on the crater of the volcano, edible silver and gold - a unique combination that you can find only in the «MULAN» restaurant in Podil.

Interior

There is no place for vanity in «MULAN». The hall is designed for 30 people, but it can accommodate both a large company of up to 12 people at a high table in the center of the hall, as well as a couple of friends, colleagues or business partners.

And in the warm season, the Mulan restaurant opens a summer terrace for its guests, where you can leisurely enjoy Pan-Asian cuisine and, as if from the outside, watch the life of Podil.

In the design, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Loft style with large windows decorated with bonsai trees on the windowsill, wall paintings based on the poem «The Ballad of Mulan» - dragons, fish and, of course, Mulan herself, a sophisticated but warlike heroine.

A special highlight of the restaurant is the open kitchen. You will be able to personally observe the preparation of your order, because the restaurant has nothing to hide.

MULAN has also taken care of the smallest guests - a children's corner has been created especially for them, where the child will be able to keep himself busy with games while waiting for his meal.

Kitchen

In «Mulan» you will learn what real Pan-Asian cuisine is. Here you will not find Asian dishes made from Ukrainian ingredients. 90% of the food in the kitchen came from Asia. By the way, even lemonades will be offered exclusively of our own production.

The restaurant's exclusive is wasabi root, which is brought from distant Japanese islands. For some dishes, for example, the Dragon Mushu roll, wasabi root is served immediately with a special shark skin grater, with which you can independently complement your dish. And the roll itself is decorated with scales made of edible silver and gold. This is what pan-Asian fusion is at MULAN.

Soups in the restaurant are prepared according to all the rules of Pan-Asian cuisine. And the original serving of the dish on the crater of the volcano will make your meal unforgettable.

The average bill of the MULAN restaurant is 500 UAH.
